Prof. Ranka Petrinović and Asst. Prof. Nikola Mandić undertook a follow-up field research in Montenegro, from 2nd to 4th July 2018. The initial field research in Montenegro took place in May 2016 and was followed by a formal cooperation agreement between the Adriatic Institute and the Public Enterprise for Coastal Zone Management of Montenegro in June 2017. This follow-up research aimed at collecting the updated information relevant for the comparative study of legal framework applicable to marinas was yet another result of the fruitful cooperation implemented within the project DELICROMAR. Meetings were held with the representatives of the Public Enterprise for Coastal Zone Management of Montenegro, Dukley Marina Budva and AD Marina Bar. Mr. Dragoljub Marković, Ms. Suzana Martinović and Ms. Tina Tičić of the Public Enterprise for Coastal Zone Management gave support in further contacts with the Montenegrin marinas. With their help, a questionnaire for marina operators was circulated and the answers collected from the marina Porto Montenegro in Tivat and AD Marina in Bar. During the meetings and interviews with Mr. Branko Putnik of Dukley Marina and Mr. Radovan Orlandić of AD Marina the problematic legal issues arising from the marina operators' business in Montenegro were thoroughly discussed.
