On the 18th and 19th of October, Dr Skorupan Wolff, Dr Padovan and Dr Pijaca visited the traditional Biograd Boat Show and participated in the meetings of the associations of yacht charterers, marina operators and seaports of the Croatian Chamber of Economy. The purpose of this field research activity was to discuss with the stakeholders the models of berthing contracts and standard berthing contract clauses that are being developed as part of the project. This was also an opportunity to exchange views and opinions on the current phase of the legislative reform, i.e. the revision of the Maritime Code and the Maritime Domain and Seaports Act which is underway, considering that project collaborators are actively participating in the respective drafting committees of the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure and creating de lege ferenda proposals based on the results of research under DELICROMAR project.
