Concessions in the Ports of Local Interest, Concessions for the Objects of Shore Infrastructure and Ownership in the Zone of Maritime Domain

Public Enterprise for Coastal Zone Management of Montenegro organized a round table titled "Concessions in the Ports of Local Interest, Concessions for the Objects of Shore Infrastructure and Ownership in the Zone of Maritime Domain" which was held in Tivat on the 2nd of November 2017. The aim of this round table was to exchange the knowledge and experience in the field of concession contracts and port management, particularly in respect of the ports of local interest. 

The topics discussed at this round table were "Public and Common Domain, Maritime Domain and Common Use, the Relationship between the Concession and the Contract of Lease, the Relationship between the Public and the Private" (Loris Rak, LL.M.); "Maritime Domain Management, Protection of Public Interest, Valorisation and Records of Public Domain" (Prof. Branislav Radulović, PhD), "The Right to a Communal Berth and the Problems related to Commercial Berths" (Prof. Gordan Stanković, PhD), "Importance of the Feasibility Study for Concession Granting and the Criteria for the Choice of the Concessionaire" (Asst. Prof. Iva Tuhtan Grgić, PhD), "Public Competencies of the Entities in Charge of the Port Management" (Asst. Prof. Adriana Vincenca Padovan, PhD).
